Product photos stay private.

Service-request photos are stored outside public static files, renamed with generated identifiers, stripped of metadata through re-encoding, access-controlled and scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless a legitimate service record requires a documented extension.

What we collect

Product details and photos, unit count, organization and contact details, service location, preferred timing, request source and landing-page context.

Analytics boundary

Conversion events must never contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, file details or free-form messages. Analytics remains disabled until a project-specific GA4 property and the required consent configuration exist.
