Service information stays private.
Service-request photos are stored outside public static files, renamed with generated identifiers, stripped of metadata through re-encoding, access-controlled and scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless a legitimate service record requires a documented extension.
What we collect
Product details and photos, unit count, organization and contact details, service location, preferred timing, request source and landing-page context. Telephone and text-message records may include caller or sender number, menu language, voicemail audio, message body, media count and delivery status.
Telephone and voicemail
PosteCare uses Twilio for telephone, SMS, MMS and private voicemail storage. Voicemail is recorded only after the caller chooses that option and hears the recording prompt. Recordings and retained message content are private, available through authenticated operations tools, and scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Transcription is not enabled.
Analytics boundary
Analytics never receives names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, message or voicemail content, uploaded-file details, call references or private message identifiers. Optional analytics loads only after consent.
